OralPrep Privacy Policy

When you create an OralPrep account, we use your email address, sign-in information and a record of your acceptance of the OralPrep Terms to operate and secure the account. Authentication is provided through Supabase. If you use the same email on PSLEPrep, the products may share the underlying sign-in identity but have separate access and product records.

Practice recordings

Creating an account does not collect a practice recording. If you are invited into practice, we will show the recording, processing and retention notice before you record and ask for the required consent there.

Waitlist and messages

The practice waitlist is separate from account creation. We use a waitlist email to send the opening notice requested through that form. OralPrep account sign-in currently uses Google; if email sign-in becomes available, its access emails will be sent only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To ask for access to or deletion of OralPrep account information, email hello@psleprep.sg. A shared PSLEPrep identity or information retained for legal obligations may need separate handling; we will explain this when responding.
